By creating an account on Lovivo, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lovivo. By registering, you confirm the date of birth you provide is accurate. Accounts found to belong to anyone under this age will be removed.
2. Account verification
Every account must complete selfie verification before it becomes active. Submitting a selfie that isn't a genuine photo of yourself, or that isn't reviewable (blurry, obscured, or of someone else), will result in rejection or account suspension. Once approved, your verification selfie is used as your public profile photo.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Impersonate another person, or create a profile using someone else's photos or identity.
- Harass, threaten, or send unwanted sexual content to other members.
- Use the platform for commercial solicitation, spam, or scams.
- Upload content that is illegal, violent, or exploitative.
- Attempt to bypass account restrictions (including creating new accounts after a ban).
4. Reporting and enforcement
Members can report or block other users at any time. Reports are reviewed by our team, and accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or permanently banned at our discretion, without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. By posting them on Lovivo, you grant us the right to display them to other members as part of the normal operation of the service (e.g. showing your profile in Discover).
6. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time. This permanently removes your profile, photos, and message history and cannot be undone.
7. No guarantee of matches or outcomes
Lovivo provides tools to discover and connect with other members. We don't guarantee matches, compatibility, or the accuracy of information other members provide about themselves. Always exercise personal judgment and caution when meeting someone from the platform in person.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Lovivo after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
